From everyone here at Boomf we wanted to thank you for all the positivity, support and encouragement over the year.  

We are continuing to post orders daily.  All orders leave our factories at the same high standard, safely and within 48 hours of being ordered (Monday to Friday). 

We’ll continue to offer this service for as long as we are allowed to, as encouraged by the Government for online businesses and most importantly, that it is safe for us to do so.

Following Government advice 

We are a small, close team and keeping each other safe, positive and healthy is our priority as we remain operational.

In the factory we are following very strict health and hygiene protocols to ensure our hard working and brilliant staff stay well and healthy. 

Our Operations team have amazed all of us in how they’ve adapted to making huge changes in the production day to day.

We are maintaining a core group of production superstars, working more than 2 metres apart, on two different floor levels, wearing masks, extremely stringent cleaning, regular breaks for hand washing and simply some much needed headspace.  In this ever changing situation we have experienced a few inevitable delays, so thank you for bearing with us.

Our delivery partners, Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, USPS, UPS and Yodel are also following government guidelines to keep everyone safe and well.

This means our deliveries are contactless; our cards and gifts are posted through letterboxes and those that can’t are left on doorsteps to ensure every delivery minimises any contact.

Sharing laughter and sending surprises to those we care about, are the foundations Boomf was built on. However, it’s your videos, messages and encouraging feedback that uplifts us all daily. This positive drumbeat is what built the Boomf brand. To be able to make people laugh out loud, fall off a chair and jump with joy, is a wonderful thing to be part of. We’ll keep sharing these wonderful moments on all our social channels - but thank you for making us smile too.
